Vanilla Pancakes

10950373_1537514116537887_765071591_n                                                                                                                                                          Sunny Good Morning! 😀 Sunday – let’s start into the day with #PancakeSunday 🙂 #vegan VANILLA PANCAKES – sorry not sorry to repeat : it was sooooo yummy 😉 dreaming a perfect vanilla kind of dream! It´s still favorite day in the week though I eat delicate stuff everyday:) The sun shines inside & outside today! I think I maybe go outside today to enjoy the great weather 🙂 Tomorrow my last week of practicum is going to start!!! EXCITEMENT 😉 Have a nice, relaxing weekend and enjoy the day (and of course I would be happy if you try out my recipes ) 😀

You need:

  • 1 cup flour (I use whole grain spelt one; gluten free – buckwheat, brown millet or rice flour are options)
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 2 tbs vegetable or nut oil
  • vanilla
  • if you like, vanilla flavor drops!
  • Oil for the pan (I use coconut oil)

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) in a bowl, add the milk and oil and stir until well combined! Finally add the vanilla, sweetener and drops – it´s also the right time to “upgrade” your pancakes with raw cacao powder or berries or whatever…you know you can :)! Heat oil in a pan and bake the pancakes on both sides 🙂
