…Hello Sunday people 😀 it’s #PancakeSunday 🙂 need it so much today because I’ll have exams next week and I´m a bit nervous about it 😛 to brighten up my mood – #vegan pancake time 😀 I had ALMOND-CHOCOLATE PANCAKES…

You need:

  • 1 cup flour (I use whole grain spelt one; gluten free – buckwheat, brown millet or rice flour are options)
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • 1 cup almond milk (I prefer unsweetened)
  • 2 tbs vegetable or nut oil
  • vanilla
  • almond flavor drops
  • Oil for the pan (I use coconut oil)
  • You can also add finely shredded almonds to the flour if you like 🙂

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar) in a bowl, add milk and oil and stir until well combined! Add vanilla and almond flavor drops into the dough. Heat oil in a pan and bake the pancakes on both sides 🙂

Almond Chocolate Pancakes
For ALMOND CHOCOLATE PANCAKES – + 1-2 tsp raw cacao powder or more // + 1-2 EL Rohkakaopulver oder auch noch mehr
Almond Vanilla Pancakes
For ALMOND VANILLA PANCAKES – + 1 tsp vanilla pudding powder + vanilla // + 1 EL Vanillepudding Pulver + Vanille

For ALMOND (CINNAMON) MARBLE PANCAKES – separate the dough into 2 bowl and make a chocolatty one and a plain one // teilt den Teig in 2 Schüsseln und mache eine schokoladige und einen einfache Teig denn ihr dann in der Pfanne mixt
