10903500_1599842233572023_1525116877_n                                                                                                                                                              Welcome again to my blog 😀 Today I had rehearsal at theater the whole day (6 hours) … exhausting but so funny bc I was together with the coolest people in town 🙂 I love working with all these people, talented and nice ones 😀 for our big rehearsal days I’m often preparing a cake!!! this time it’s a little vegan, lactose free, gluten free, dairy free, wheat free COCO-NANA CHOCOLATE CAKE 😀 iI was not that happy with the result so I changed it a bit to make it perfect and good! Hope you like it 😀

you need :

  • about 220g gluten free flour (rice, brown millet or buckwheat flour)
  • 1 1/3 tbs baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/8 l coconut milk (a little bit more if necessary)
  • 1-2 tbs vegan marge or nut mash (and also a little bit for the baking pan)
  • 1/2 -1 tsp melted coconut oil
  • 60 – 90g brown sugar (depending on how sweet you want it; you can also use natural liquid sweeteners)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbs raw cacao powder
  • a bit vanilla
  • a pinch of lemon sugar
  • lemon flavor drops
  • 1 tbs coconut flour
  • 1/2 of a banana (safe a bit for decoration)

For a bigger cake use twice as much of the ingredients!

Preheat your oven to 180°C! Put together the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the milk, marge, oil and the nana pieces and stir until you have a creamy dough! Now you can add the flavor drops (you don’t have to). Fill the dough into the prepared baking pan, add some nana slices on top (also coconut flakes if you like) and bake for about 35-40 minutes (check the cake ever 5 minutes after half an hour).

It´s a perfect cake for all the people that love healthy and delicious goodies 😀 Enjoy :*
